Park fees

Seasonal Pitches:
For the 2021 season, our park fees are £2020 fully inclusive of local rates, VAT and the electric supply charges. Electric units are metered separately and charged retrospectively. These fees have been kept at 2020 rates and currently benefit from a 5% VAT rate (price correct Feb 2021)

Connection charges:
When a new holiday home is brought onto the Park, you need to be connected to all the services. The cost of this must be allowed for, and will be added to the cost of your holiday home when bought from any dealer.

Park season
Our season runs from the 1st March to 15th November each year.
