At Whitestone, we keep rules to a minimum while encouraging a strong sense of shared respect. Above all, we ask every owner to care for the park as they would their own home and to be considerate towards others at all times. Rather than offering busy on-site facilities like bars, clubs, or swimming pools, we focus on what truly sets us apart - a peaceful, rural setting surrounded by trees. As a result, owners can enjoy a quieter, more relaxed pace of life in a naturally beautiful environment.
In addition, we do not set a fixed age limit for holiday homes on the park. Instead, we simply require each home to be kept clean, well-maintained, and presentable. Where appropriate, owners may sell older holiday homes on site, provided they remain in good condition. Although holiday homes are non-transferable, we always strive to find practical, fair solutions whenever individual circumstances arise.
Over recent years, we have actively worked to preserve the park’s traditional character while carefully introducing thoughtful improvements. In doing so, we aim to maintain a balance between heritage and modern comfort – something we hope every visitor and owner will truly appreciate.
Park season and 2026 fees
Our season runs from the 1st March to 15th November each year.
Seasonal Pitches
For the 2026 season, our park fees are £3016 fully inclusive of local rates, VAT and the electric supply charges. Electric units are metered separately and charged retrospectively. Gas is bottled and sold separately.
Connection charges
When a new holiday home is brought onto the Park, you need to be connected to all the services. The cost of this must be allowed for, and will be added to the cost of your holiday home when bought from any dealer.

When fully occupied, the park has 85 holiday homes, arranged in a more open and individual layout rather than in rows.
All homes are privately owned, and subletting is not permitted, although family and friends are welcome to stay. Each home is situated on its own plot with full services including electricity, water, and drainage. Parking is also provided on a hard-standing space for one car. Plot sizes do vary, but wherever possible we aim to accommodate 38' x 12' holiday homes.
